References or use of the word Velcro

I had an item automatically delisted for use of the brand name Velcro. This product was in fact manufactured using Velcro Brand Hook & Loop. What a waste of my time, I change all my listing to read "Hook & Loop", Velcro gets no brand recognition for a fine quality product. EBay needs to have a question policy; "Is the product genuine Velcro?" I purchased Velcro and should have the right to ID in my product description.

This system of robotics is not always the smartest, and appeal and the ability to respond to EBay on the message they set me would be nice.

Does anybody else feel EBay does not represent us sellers, we are after all their true customer - THE SELLER, EBay remember the customer is mine, I'm your customer, I pay you!
