Redemption code for 20% off is not working

Hi,

I both a item 391163759259 about 30 minutes ago and typed the redemption code CTWENTY and it worked. I saw discount about 67 eur. I tried pay by using paypal but after redirecting back to ebay i saw error:

The redemption code couldn't be used for your purchase. Please verify your code and try again.

• If you get this message more than once, please contact PayPal customer support for further assistance

Error code: 70241 12125

So I tried it again, but now I am getting error when i click on "Apply" button: 

The redemption code can't be used for your purchase

• There is no balance left on this redemption code

I truly believe that you will solve it and allow me use the redemption code again because I do not want to loose this discount by your error.
