Recently I heard that eBay wants to expand the representation of brick and mortar stors.

 I have a suggestion that will greatly enhance ebay from a social service impact as well as competion with Amazan that is getting toodominant for its own good.

As the result of disasterous Obama care legislation and near elimination of private practices as well as specialty services and the cosolidation of many hospitals and thus elimination of competition ,many private clinics are cash strapped and  can not survive or compete with corporate medicine that has become more depersonilsed and convey-belt like services.

by providing buying coices of the most commonly used products in a primary care clinic ,with generous reward system for the buyer 

you will enhance your presence and sales tremendouly as well as your social contiousness at the same time save the presence of private practises in the competitive market.

the private practice can use her earnd points seeing a patient who for example does not have insurence or the pracice can apply lts' earnd points  toward the purchse of a medical product or equipment.
