I tried shipping 2 packages to 2 different countries from the U.S. in the past week and both times I received an error message and I couldn't ship. I had the same message from Paypal's shipping for one of the packages, so I used my Sendpro account, but the 2nd package was shipped through Paypal.
Had anyone else had this problem? I don't have time to call customer service- I wish they allowed us to send technical error emails to someone so they are aware of these types of problems.
I ship international all of the time and haven't had this problem before.
