Receiving shipping notifications for an item that is not mine

I purchased an item on eBay on October 23. I received it and it was perfect. I have since resold the item. It was delivered and there was no problem with that transaction. 

Since then, I have received 2 different  shipping notices from eBay for this item.  Now, when I look at my purchase history , there are 3 different tracking numbers listed for my original purchase of the item. 

the 1st tracking number- October- shows item delivered to me

the 2nd tracking number - November- shows item delivered somewhere in Nevada

the 3rd tracking number - December- shows item delivered somewhere in Maryland 

I don’t have anything to do with this item anymore!  

I talked to 2 people in eBay support and they have no idea either. 

any thoughts?
