Received "Use CSKB Guide 1220" message when email to Spoof@ebay.com was rejected

There is a recent thread, this month of August 2021, where "CSKB Guide" is not recognized.    I received the CSKB message when I sent an email to spoof@ebay.com.   My spoof request was rejected with the CSKB message.  So I now have two mysteries and no answers.  (1) Was the spoof email legit?  (2) What is CSKB and where do I find it?

My original question, number 1 above, was quite simple, that is was the email I questioned legit?

Now I have two mysteries with no answers.

A simple thing becomes complex due to Ebay's lack of customer service.

@credsfan6pdp  That is the email address to forward spoof emails to.   I have seen another report of a member receiving the same message.    We can't see your email so I have no way of knowing if it was legit or not.  If it was in regards to buying a car, etc from another site then it's a spoof email.   eBay has nothing to do with sale on other sites.

Have you tried a different email service to send the message?  I used Gmail

I just sent an email to spoof@ebay.com    saying I was testing to see if the email address is working correctly and I did receive the auto reply.

Thanks for forwarding the information in this message to spoof@ebay.com.
We take reports like this seriously and appreciate this kind of feedback
from you. Most likely, the message you received was not sent to you by
eBay.

We'll review the message and work to stop any suspicious websites it
links to. We'll also send your reports to Internet browser companies so
that they can develop tools to identify spoofs....... ( ETC)

Hey guys! @comics-scifi-collectibles @credsfan6pdp This is a known issue on our end. Spoof@eBay.com is still the appropriate email address to send spoof emails.

I'm happy to get you added to the open ticket with CS I do need the following:

1. Member ID (if this is different from your posting ID)

2. Screenshot

Thanks!
