@bkabner Is the item in your purchase history? If not then there is nothing that eBay can do to assist. The seller may have accidentally put the wrong address on the package OR your credit/ debit card was hacked.
I know that sometimes fraud purchases on credit cards end up being sent to the card holder.
Check your funding sources carefully to see if you were charged. Items are not shipped by eBay sellers until they are paid for. If there is a fraud charge then dispute the charge with your bank/ credit card.
If there is no charge then I would mark it return to sender, or keep or donate if you already opened the package.
