Received item, but not the one on the description.

I ordered an item, Delonghi oil filled heater, but I got a different one from the description.  I did send a couple messages to the seller, it has been 6 days no respond yet.  I don’t know if the seller even open or see the message.  I am trying to contact eBay, but I am having some issues.  Can anyone give me a solution.  Thanks

You don't need to contact eBay for this. Just open a return for an item that is not as described. The link is next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or can just refund. If the seller takes no action, on day 4 go back to the return and ask eBay to step in.
