why must I sign-in so many times when I am already on ebay?

I realize security is important, but how many times must you sign in to use the ebay site. When I first try to sign in, I have to do it at least 2 times before I can get to my watch list. Then while I am on ebay, it goes to the sign in page again a few different times (like when I try to check messages, go to my selling page, etc). It has even cost me some bids because before I can confirm my bid, it goes to sign in, and I can not get back in time and I loose the item - this really **bleep** me off - I am tired of constantly signing in!! Any advice?

Try this:

Go to Account/ Site Preferences.

Near the bottom of the page under Other General Prefernces click on "show" and choose "keep me signed on on this computer" and "apply".

This should help. You will still have to sign in to make changes to your account and do certain other transactions.
