how to cancel unpaid item strike?

Hello! My buyer did not pay for the purchase the first time and received the unpaid item strike. When the item was relisted, the same buyer bought it again and immediately paid for it. The buyer was very busy and forgot about the purchase for the first time. Now he asks me to cancel the strike, because in the end the purchase was paid. I did not find how to do it? The strike received on the first listing stays. There is no way to cancel it.

 The second listing was entirely separate, and had no relation to the first listing except that it was the same item. Just because the buyer paid for it this time, doesn't mean she gets a pass on a strike from the first listing.

  This is one reason non payers should be put on your BLOCKED BIDDER LIST, so they can't come back and mess with future listings.
