Hi,
It's been over a month and I haven't received this item. I waited a long time because the seller is in Italy. I have contacted the seller via email. I received his response and it asked me if my concience was clear because his is.
How do I go and get my money back?

What is the estimated delivery date? You have thirty days from that date to file for an item not received in the resolution center below. If you missed the deadline, PayPal allows 180 days from payment to file there.
