I left feedback for item 202831820961 (zinc) and now the feedback disappeared from the seller's feedback list - why? Is it because the seller refunded me? They only refunded me after I filed a claim - and my claim asked for the item - NOT a refund. Others have left negative feedback for this seller and theirs is still there...Why did mine disappear? Please reply, thank you, it doesn't seem fair.  Does this mean if someone leaves negative feedback for me in the future and I refund them that the negative feedback will be removed from me too?

If a case is filed in the Resolution Center, and you had to use the Ask ebay to step in, then neither the buyer or seller can leave feedback.

 

ebay cannot force a seller to ship so the best outcome is a full refund.

 

If buyers are able to leave negative feedback, then it sounds like ebay was not asked to step in to resolve any issues.
