eBay keeps changing my listings to accept offers

Does anyone know how to stop eBay's system from taking it upon itself to change my listings to accept offers when I set the listing to NOT accept offers? Every time I create a new listing I click "don't accept offers" and it automatically switches it back to accept offers. I then have to go back and reset it to not accept offers. I also get random emails from time to time notifying me that my listings can now accept offers. I then have to go back and revise all the listings eBay changed. Very aggravating and time consuming. Thank you for any help!

You are using the Quick Listing Tool, and ebay thinks it is helping you when they add the Make Offer option.  The next time you go to create a listing, look in the upper right corner and switch to the advance/business tool.  You will then have more control over your listings.
