Since yesterday I am unable to purchase anything on ebay. I keep having as message "we can't process your payment"..whether I use paypal or credit card the payment does not g through.Been years I have been purchasing on ebay and it is the first time I encounter such. Everything is fine with my paypal account and credit card

I've had the same issue for over a week with the eBay/PayPal ckeckout system, but was finally able to speak to a live person at PayPal and get what I feel is an honest answer.
Looks like they are in the process of a software migration project that isn't going quite as planned. Assured they were working on a resolution and hope to have it back up and running soon.
Bottom line, all you can do is wait until they get their problems sorted out. Until then, I would suggest you keep trying to pay as it is still working off and on. I was able to successfully pay one eBay auction yesterday Feb 14, 2017 03:33:24 PST but since then it's down again for me too.
