buyer from a restricted location buys the item

altho we mention in the fine print and the description print that we do not ship to  certain locations....a buyer from one of those countries makes a bid.....if this buyer wins....what are some alternatives and solutions?

Personally, I'd nip this in the bud immediately by messaging the bidder and telling him that I am sorry, but I do not ship to any location except the United states and therefore I will be cancelling his bid.  And when you cancel, you will use "problem with buyer's address" as the reason for the cancellation.
