Is any of these monies in taxes that States say they deserve actually going to lower prices to obtain the internet or free ourselves from the "Big Four" ISP's and let towns set up their own free or low-cost wi-fi networks, just asking, I know for sure that none of the governments "losing money" on internet sales is pure **bleep**, a lot of the items being sold have been taxed already two or three times, but . . .

The transaction is being taxed, not the item, so it does not matter how many times it's been taxed before.

And have you never bought a used car? There's an item that has no doubt been taxed before, but you will be paying state sales tax on that transaction also.
