Re-adding PayPal Credit as an option

Hi

I just got married (no name change) and wanted to replace my PayPal account with that of my husband. I removed my own PayPal account, reading the message that I would have to re-add PayPal to use it. No problem. Except there is no way to add PayPal. Only to add a card. All instructions online say to click on the PayPal tab. But there isn’t one. 

How do I (re) add PayPal as a payment method now? (I have items I am about to have automatically marked as unpaid because sellers no longer have the option to wait for payment so this is an immediate problem).

@usmousie   You can ( should be able to)  still choose to use PayPal at checkout.  You can no longer link a PayPal and eBay account.  

Your other option is to use a credit card at checkout

Ok what I have now done is added my husband’s PayPal credit and type in the security code it sent him. But when I try to use it to pay, it reverts to my email address and I assume my PayPal credit account. That won’t work as I am at my credit limit.
