Trying to buy for Fiance who lives in the Philippines

Seems there should be away to have product delivered there in th Philippines, without costing me 3 times more than the purchase itself. I wonder if buying something throuhg the globel delivery system is the final price or she would get charged more at the time of delivery .  I live in the United States and this has been a problem trying to send to her. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

If the listing is showing the global shipping then you will only pay that amount and not any extra at time of delivery.
