Trying to Determine breakdown of fees

I believe I recently switched over to Managed Payments as all of my payments go to me directly from eBay (and not through PayPal). I'm trying to determine how they're calculating their final value fees as the stated formula is 12.35% + $0.30.

Item sold for $71.05 + $3.95 for an even $75.00

The fees per eBay were $10.18 and I can't back into that number. 12.35% * $75 + .30 = $8.96. The listing was also a 3 day listing, but there was a separate $1 charge for the shorter listing (which I feel should result in a warning, but that's another argument). Any insight that can be provided to me would be greatly appreciated.

The other issue here is the site has become increasingly less intuitive. I can't reproduce the steps to get to the fee breakdown and it's bordering on deceptive.

@rsoxno1   The fees for a seller with no store are 12.35% + .30 cents and charged on the TOTAL a buyer pays including sales tax

Go to your payments tab and select expenses on the left to see the breakdown of fees for current items.

https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin

Once you are invoiced you can see the fees on your monthly invoice by going to payments> reports> invoices>  click on download and you will be able to view the invoice without actually having to download it.

All fees on the invoice that are taken before your funds are deposited will have checkmarks next to them on the invoice

As for the $1 fee that is an optional listing upgrade fee.  The fee is shown at the bottom of the screen before you hit submit for the listing.  Any fees shown there are due even if the item doesn't sell.

Unless eBay changed something again the optional listing upgrade fees will be billed on your automatic payment method and not come out of your MP deposit.
