Tracking says item delivered, but person says item not received

Hello, 

I got contacted by a buyer today saying they haven't received their item yet, even though USPS tracking saying the item was delivered two weeks ago. I asked them to contact USPS and open an inquiry and check to make sure they had it mailed to the correct address. What else should I do?

Hi, there's not much else you can do. It's in the buyers hands now. You aren't responsible once the tracking shows the item was delivered. You can also suggest the buyer check with their neighbor's.
