Tracked package, buyer says they didn't receive

Sold a pair of Lip Service jeans, got $46 and $10 shipping. Tracking says delivered to front porch, guy says he never got them, wants a refund. I agree if he didn't get them he shouldn't have to pay for them and will be glad to refund but do I just have to eat that? I sent priority through ebay shipping, doesn't that come with $50 insurance? How do I file a claim on that? I can't seem to find anything on the page for my shipments. I do have the piece that comes with the label you print off

I also realize since I can provide the tracking and it says delivered that ebay might even side with me. But I feel bad for the guy if that happens. The P.O. sucks, I'm waiting on a lost Amazon package right now. The guy has 150 positive feedback and he sounds sincere. I would just as soon refund him and make my claim with the P.O. I just am not sure how since it was done through e-bay postage and not my own USPS account

STOP the Nice Guy stuff.  This is business. The agreement you have with the buyer is you are responsible for the package up to the Scanned As Delivered in the Tracking.

The ONLY reason to buy tracking is to provide Online Proof of Delivery.

It's now the buyer's responsibility to figure out where the package is after the Delivery Scan says it was delivered.
