Seller - Ebay with Checking account access

Anyone else concerned that Ebay is forcing you to give them access to your checking account to continue selling on Ebay. I never give anyone access to my checking account and that includes any kind of bill pay. There are numerous articles out there where vendors pull to much money from an account and then the amount of work you have to go through to get it back. This concerns me even more since you really have no way to get ahold of ebay via email that i have been able to find. Maybe if I keep digging through the help files I can stumble across one.

They've had access to my checking account since I joined in 2012, that's how I've paid all my fee's.
