Sales Tax Collection

I live in a state that has not yet mandated the collection of internet sales tax.  I am curious about the sellers who live in states that have, and where eBay is automatically collecting the tax.  If you live in one of those states, how to you handle the "Sales tax" field under selling details when you create a listing?  Is this greyed out or do you get an alert not to set a rate so that you don't double collect?  Thanks in advance!

@piedmontvarietystore  When ebay is collecting sales tax for a state you can no longer enter a tax amount, the box is greyed out and says this next to it

We collect sales tax in accordance with applicable state law. You no longer need to collect and pay it to the state
