I've already paid for the item and I'm protected by eBay.

I was informed that my money from the card had been frozen in a bank account. I tried to contact the seller but failed. 

Seems to be the item number is not exist now. 

"Oops, that isn't quite right. Please correct the item number." 

Please cancel the transaction or let the bank know that transaction was wrong.

You can try Resolution Center and follow item not received process.

If it won't go through, you don't have to worry since the transaction was already cancelled and you are covered by eBay MoneyBack Guarantee.

You just have to call them telling you're not able to make a request on eBay website for a refund because the item was removed by because that transaction might be from a compromised account.
