International shipping ticket won't print

I have an international sale and when I went to print the shipping ticket it said the address used won't be covered under eBay protection or something like that and it would not print with the given address.  I contacted buyer and she said it was a good address.  I took the phone number out of the address and it looked like it was ready to print.  I am not familiar with the country so it is hard to correct the address.   The amount was highlighted and ready to be paid for  and then it said there was a problem.  I haven't incurred this problem before.

It sounds like you definitely need to remove the phone #.  The only country I know of that has the phone # included in the address is Japan.  I always deleted it, then manually wrote it o the label - the international shipping label has a place for phone #.

Otherwise, try googling 'format shipping address for ________' fill in the country.
