How to escalate a case, getting somebody with authority to review it?

Hey all:

I've got a real problem.

 

Ebay is NOT honoring their seller protection.

 

I've called in to tech support multiple times.  Every time that I explain it, they agree with me that I am in the right and that Ebay has made a mistake and the appeals department is NOT making the proper decision, that they can't be reading the case notes correctly and so on.

 

The tech support people will NOT put me in touch with a supervisor, somebody who has authority to make this right.  Everybody that I talk to agrees with me that I am in the right/correct.  I have documentation to support everything I assert.  The tech support people can also see most of the problems right away...but still no resolution.

 

Does anybody know how to get in touch with a customer support specialist, somebody who can something?

You have posted about the issue a couple of times, I assume no one has had any good suggestions for you.  I think all I can suggest is that you bring the issue to the week chat with eBay staff next Wed at 1PM PST.  A new thread will be started here -

I have seen a couple of people post about buyers using the original tracking # to fool the return system, so you are not alone in needing some attention to the issue.
