How is possible used perfumes are not allowed anymore??? Is this true or a technical error???

As you may know, we don't allow used perfume on our site. The exception would be pre-owned perfume that doesn't have an applicator that touches the body, but we realize the changes have caused some trouble in listing. me: “Oh , My perfumes don’t have applicator. Finally a good news . Hope you will fix this soon . I have some of my listings that will end soon and can’t be relisted because of the missing “ used” condition option. Meanwhile I have to pay fix ebay store subscriptions fee🙏 Thank you”
