How can an item have 0 views and 1 watcher?

I have an item that shows 0 views and 1 watcher.  How can that be?  Is the ebay system screwed up or is my computer screwed up?  I have had times when views don't show up or watchers don't show up.  I have asked eBay to return my  active listing page to its' original format but they have not done so.  I told them that if it ain't broke don't fix it but so far it's just  if it ain't broke don't listen.
