Error Message

I am using INKFROG to list my items on eBay & this is the 3rd day that I am getting bellow message when I am trying to send (launch) the listing to eBay.

"Incorrect eBay Business Policies API response: Internal Server Error{"description":"The security token included in the request is invalid."}". Please give any advice what to do? Thanks.

I would ask inkfrog to help trouble shoot this problem
