Ebay account Restricted for a week, week has passed and restriction remains?

A week ago I got an email stating that my eBay account was being restricted for 7 days due to the fact that I had tried to sell outside of eBay. What happened was a buyer messaged me about more of my items so I gave him my email and told him to send an email there. I realize this was my fault, there's no denying that. But it has been 7 days since I got the email and it's still restricted. Can't message anyone or list new items. Does anyone know why or have an answer? Thank you!
