Does ebay provide a way to ask buyers to leave feedback after they received there shipment

eBay automatically sends a feedback reminder, unless the buyer has elected not to receive them.

As a seller, you never want to ask for feedback.  You might not like what you get - lots of buyers get very annoyed with a seller asking for feedback.
