Dispute cancelled despite refusal by buyer to cancel purchase.

Made purchase and payment then received seller  email regarding seller/buyer can’t agree on price? I have a purchase receipt and I believe seller had a responsibility to fulfill order as advertised. I refused to agree to cancel order and despite this seller cancelled order, issued refund anyway right after my refusal.

What’s the point of a dispute time period if it’s disregarded? I’m extremely disappointed in EBAY / PAYPAL dispute process.

What the Seller told eBay is you the Buyer Requested to cancel the order By your refusal the Seller received a defect on their account Get enough of these defects and their days from selling will come to a end.
