Made purchase and payment then received seller email regarding seller/buyer can’t agree on price? I have a purchase receipt and I believe seller had a responsibility to fulfill order as advertised. I refused to agree to cancel order and despite this seller cancelled order, issued refund anyway right after my refusal.
What’s the point of a dispute time period if it’s disregarded? I’m extremely disappointed in EBAY / PAYPAL dispute process.
