Last week I ordered 16 items from the same seller. The seller posted tracking for all of the items, but when I received the items only 11 of the 16 came in the package. I opened a case, and got ebay involved for the 5 items I did not receive. I ended up losing the case because tracking said that the items were received (via tracking number). The 5 items I did not receive were about a dollar a piece. I know 5 dollars isnt alot, but what should I do to get my money back?
I suspect you opened an Item Not Received case instead of an Item Not as Described case. Since seller has tracking showing items were delivered, you lose. You could try opening a case in Paypal's Resolution Center, and this time, select the correct case to open.
