Hi there. I recently called to change my username to my business name. However, the person I spoke with spelled the new username wrong. I called back immediately to correct it but I was told I had to wait 30 days to change it again. Shouldn't they change it right away since the mistake was on their part?
The mistake was in doing it on the phone through Customer Support instead of doing it yourself online in My eBay > Personal information.
