A buyer sent me a message claiming that I ripped him off and that he can buy the same item for less somewhere else. He wanted a refund. I told him no, even though I offer 30 day returns. This is obviously BUYERS REMORSE. I feel this is not a valid reason for a return. I didn't twist his arm to buy it from me and I paid a lot for it and did not make much profit anyway. All of a sudden he files a claim and now says there is damage, which he even included a picture that I think he did himself to help with the claim. The original message doesn't mention anything, but price. Ebay is investigating it now. I can't find anything on ebay pertaining to Buyers Remorse. Anyone have any opinions on this. Thank you. My record is excellent.
You have a 30 day Return policy. You accept returns no matter what the reason even buyers remorse, so you should have accepted the return. Now buyer has opened a Item Not as Described case which eBay is investigating and will determine a outcome.
