Trying to report a Seller for fb manipulation...Seller has negatives for not shipping items..ebay refunded so seller posted a positive then said a pack of lies in retaliation for the earned neg. I want his/her comment removed, so far unable to because of this message..in the meantime other Sellers will see the lies and believe them.

You need to report the feedback violation to Customer Service, not to us here on the forum.  Never mind the explanation or any of that stuff, just point them to the feedback.
