I AM A SELLER, TWO CASES NOW WHERE EBAY HAS ALLOWED RETURNS, WHEN I SPECIFCALLY STATE IN MY AD "NO RETURNS" . THESE BUYERS MAKE SPECIFIC CUSTOM REQUESTS AND DON'T GIVE ALL THE INFORMATION SO THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT THEY WANTED. THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE , WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS AND ALL THE FEES AND LABOR ETC, TO GET THE PRODUCT READY FOR THEM.
"NO RETURNS" DOESN'T SEEM TO MEAN ANYTHING TO EBAY.
