RETURNS - Doesn't Match Description or Photos

Is anyone else having an issue with buyers choosing "doesn't match description or photos" when they state their reason as   "item did not match my dress"?

This is becoming a nightmare for me!  Ebay makes us pay postage to and from the buyer on a $10-$12 item . . .   The buyers using this know

exactly what they are doing ---  and I am leaving ebay because of this issue.    The "appeal" process is a joke.  The buyer is always right.  I cannot continue to sell

on ebay after 10 years dues to lack of buyers and those that do buy abuse the return policy.  Am I the only seller having this problem?
