I bought an iphone 8 plus from quickshipelectronics this past October 2017. Before I decided to get the phone I asked them if the phone will be working in Mexico and they confirm it that it will. Once I received the phone and I tried to use it in Mexico the phone was locked. So I got in contact with them and they agreed on let me return the phone. They send me the shipping label from FedEx and I took it to the office on Nov 20, 2017. Since then the phone is missing. Neither FedEx or quickshipelectronics know what happened to the package. I tried to do a claim with FedEx but they don't let me do it due to a claim handling agreement between them and the quickshipelectronic company. They require that quickshipelectronis do the claim and issue the refund but they dont do it or dont want to, am not sure.
I did pay the phone in full and I have not received any refund yet. I have email both parties but neither quickshipelectronics or FedEx help me with this matter. Please be careful if you want to buy something from this company. It is a big pain have to deal with it. They need to do much work with the costumer service they provide. If anybody have an issue like mine and it was resolve please let me know what else can I do.
