Questionable buyer and address help

My questions are these I had a buyer via offer give me their number and wanted me to text call them for which I did not do but accepted their offer should I report them ?

the address provided me was armed forces yet didn’t correspond with city and state which has my red flags going up .

They were setting you up for a scam using a phony payment email.   If you accepted the offer, just file an Unpaid Item Dispute in 24 hours, then close in as unpaid after the deadline.  This will get your fees credited and you can relist the item.  It also will put a strike on the buyer's account.
