Purchased as guest and tracking order button not working

Hi,

 

I purchased some stuff recently as a guest, because I didn't bother to sign in, and I got the confirmation email, but when I click track order, it's bringing me to an error page saying it couldnt find that page.

 

How do I add the order to my account so I can track it and so forth?

Guest purchases are separate from your eBay account.

 

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent or see here:

Ok, I signed out and tried the button from the email again, and it still gave me the error.

Try using a desktop browser to see if that makes any difference or gives you a more informative error message.

Perhaps the tracking number has not been scanned yet.

 

Can you find the original listing you purchased?

When I click on the items in my email that I purchased, it brings me to the same error message.

Can you find an item number from one of your purchases? I wonder if the item is still listed.

Perhaps the tracking link just does not work.

 

If the item does not appear by the last estimated delivery date, use the link on this page to file an "item not received" case for a guest purchase:

If you have trouble with the links there, be sure you are signed out of your eBay account.

 

If none of that helps, contact eBay through link on the bottom of that page, or use the Help & Contact page while signed in to your account, and request a chat with an agent or a call back through the chat assistant by typing "agent" into the chat window. Let the agent know you are having problems with a guest purchase.
