Purchase history

All my purchase history has disappeared.   Site claims history available for 7 years and that has never been true.   Though I may have misread that.  

Is there a solution to the exorbitant fees charged.   Foolish question, yes.  But since there is no real customer service for the fees charged thought I's ask the community.

The purchase history was recently expanded to 7 years. Did you click where it says see orders to select a time frame?  Mine are all there.

Fees are what they are, there are only a few ways to reduce them. Both require some volume - a store subscription, or becoming top rated.
