Purchase Made By Hacker On Account

Hello. I received an email earlier informing me that I had supposedly made a purchase of a necklace with an owl pendant on it. Naturally, I did not make this purchase.

I don't have a payment method connected to this account, as I rarely use it, but I had a $5 code from ebay, which is what the hacker used to make the purchase. 

I have changed my password, security questions, checked my address, which was changed to an address in Texas (I live in New Jersey), and I changed it back. I also turned on two-factor authentication. 

I canceled the order, but on the off chance that the seller is unable to cancel the order, is there anything I can do?

The loss of the $5 is one thing, but someone receiving an item acquired through hacking into my account is another entirely. Thank you in advance for the help!
