Promo display boxes

What happened to the ability to create or edit those top and side display boxes you can put on your ebay store? Managing those promo display boxes on my ebay store has disappeared from the Manage My Store dashboard.  I have an item featured in a single box right now that I cannot edit nor if it sells can I take it off. I also can't put any more on. The only seletion close now is "Manage Promotions" which isn't where you can edit the top and/or side promo boxes on my Store pages.
