Product described incorrectly

I purchased an item only to receive something else in its place. after contacting the seller it was realized that my item was sent to somebody else and I mistakenly received their item. I was asked to forward the end of my received to the rightful buyer for a refund of my shipping charges. I had to request a refund to receive my shipping charges. Once I finally received my item it was discovered that they we're the wrong size.  And the actual size does notnmatch the listing. I reviewed the original listing to find that it was described incorrectly.  I cannot request a refund since one was already submitted for the shipping charges. I have sent a message to The cellar but they are not responding to me. What can I do?
