Product Brand Name Infringement

I have read VeRO policy and I understand what is suppose to be followed.  How in the world do you fix a problem such as using a name brand inappropriately? The company that I had the complaint from was not mentioned in any of my research. After my item was removed I researched it again and nothing. I am not a mind reader. I think a more detailed description of the complaint should be required. The product was not even (name brand) made or managed in the same country. I guess I will have to just leave out the brand name.(required by ebay).

@patches.920   I suggest that you not even relist that item as you are now on the bots radar.  Sell it somewhere else.

If you relist then you may be suspended.
