Processing Request for Refund

My computer will not let me request refund without pic, but I do not have the ability to send pic, and seller says he does NOT require pic. What is wrong. Cannot get an answer from E Bay on this subject.

eBay has been requiring pictures to be uploaded for returns for a while.  You can theoretically attach any photo you wish, but it's best to take a photo of the item to attach to the return case.  What problem are you having when you try to add a photo?
