Problems with removing Auctiva Content and Counter from Listings

I keep getting messages from Ebay telling me to revise my listings.  I've gone over and removed the Auctiva windows, but

apparently it's the Counter box that remain.

Nowhere in any messages does it tell you how to remove this.  I am not a computer code writer, so in the interest of wasting

any more times going through my 51 listings that are a problem, I thought I'd ask here.

My Auctiva account is now closed and I honestly don't know how to perform the task Ebay is requesting from me.
