Problems with FedEx labels in the new shipping interface

I have been trying to get an answer from eBay concerning printing FedEx label in the new interface.  I can only print one label per sheet for FedEx labels.  When I print USPS labels I get 2 per sheet.  When I spoke on Friday with someone from eBay who was located in the U.S, he was able to get FedEx labels printed 2 to a sheet.  When I went to ship on Monday it reverted back to 1 label per sheet.  My repeated call to eBay have resulted in my calls being handled overseas and I have gotten different reasons for the issue but no resolution.  The first person insisted it was my printer settings.  Now I am being told it is an issue with FedEx. The oversees supervisors are just as unhelpful.  I've been promised to get two call backs from them.  I'm still waiting.  I am so frustrated with the customer service that has been provided.  I'm hoping I can get better information from another member, because eBay doesn't seem to know or care.
