Problems adding AutoDS as 3rd Party

I have used AutoDS for the last month no problem. I recently reset all my account info in AutoDS, which included removing them in eBay as a 3rd Party App. Now as I follow the AutoDS procedure of resetting my token I am unable to add them to eBay. What actually happens in eBay when I restart the token, it then automatically opens eBay as it should. What it DOESN'T do is open the screen that is supposed to ask me to approve AutoDS as a 3rd Party app. Instead it just opens my eBay inside the AutoDS app. I have tried everything. Logging in/out, resetting cookies and tokens. I have emailed and chatted with both eBay and AutoDS. Nobody sees any problems on their end. So this is an unusual technical problem. I need help. Thanks!
